Your Role: Deliver top-tier service at our 150-seat Café Restaurant, support catering for functions and events and be a part of the experience at our kiosks!
What We're Looking For:
- Enthusiasm and passion to provide exceptional customer service.
- Experience in POS ordering systems and cash handling.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
- Greeting all customers and projecting a positive, motivated, and friendly image to guests and staff
- Assisting with all customer enquiries, or requests regarding products and services
- Suggestive selling of menu items
- Building and maintaining positive customer relationships, across a broad range of diverse cultures
- Experience: Minimum 12 months experience in Food & Beverage/similar role
- Certification: NSW Responsible service of alcohol (RSA) and Food Safety Certificates required.
- Immediate Availability: Ready to start now.
- Availability: Flexible availability over a 7-day rotating roster, including nights, weekends and public holidays.
