Assistant Manager – Food & Beverage
Based on site in the Melbourne CBD, the Assistant Manager – Food & Beverage will help build, coach and lead a team of motivated and passionate hospitality professionals.
The Assistant Manager – Food & Beverage will be responsible for assisting the Venues Manager and Restaurant Manager with the smooth and efficient operation of Langlands’ Restaurant & Bar, Events and In-Room Dining
Some of the responsibilities include:
- Run and manage shifts in all outlets as required; buffet breakfast service, lunch and dinner a la carte and events
- To focus on guests and team member satisfaction and constantly looking at ways to improve the guest and team member experience via feedback channels
- Assist with the onboarding, training and development of team members, and implementation of training programs
- To monitor promotional tracking and reporting in a timely matter
- Ensure guest complaints are handled and communicated in a timely and satisfactory manner
