• Good communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of organisation, accuracy, and attention to detail
• Make and serve drinks to guests and customers with excellent customer service
• Creating some funky beverages, shaking cocktails and spirits, whilst thriving in a vibrant and fast-paced venue
• Be well versed in the restaurant, while schmoozing the guests and generally being an all-round awesome person and a team player!
• With a hands-on approach, you will be nurtured to develop your skills while working in a fun and organised environment
• The drive to make Mr Good Guy a destination restaurant for South East Asian cuisine in Devonport!

What we're looking for:

• Experience in a similar role - as an F&B Attendant in a vibrant, fast-paced venue.
• Experience in exceeding guest expectations and a passion for delivering outstanding service.
• A team player who prides themselves on their ability to deliver outstanding customer service
• Ability to maintain a vibrant and inviting atmosphere, ensuring our venue is always immaculate
• A calm nature in the midst of a fast-paced environment
• The necessary skills to actively resolve complaints and challenges presented by customers.
• A team player with the ability to assist in all areas of F&B operations during peak times

The must haves:

• Previous hospitality experience
• Your Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
• The ability and flexibility to work various rostered shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends
