About the Opportunity
We are looking for a Food & Beverage Supervisor who can lead and co-ordinate operations for conference & events and leisure guests, while overseeing our team of Food & Beverage Attendants.
As a leader, you will help to set the standard by displaying a passion for hospitality and the motivation to deliver an exceptional level of service to our clients & guests. You will be hardworking with the “can do attitude” which will see you thrive in this role.

This is a hands-on role which requires strong management, administration, relationship building, organisation and people development skills.
Key responsibilities will include:
Provide effective ‘hands on’ leadership;
Direct and assist F&B Attendants to carry out the daily duties required;
Liaise between management, kitchens, conference and events sales, bar and staff to proactively prevent issues arising and effectively resolve issues as they occur;
Provide timely and courteous service, anticipating member, guest and visitor needs;
Demonstrate a high-level of menu and wine list product knowledge; and
Carrying our F&B Attendant duties, such as, taking orders, running food, making coffee, servicing a section, setting tables, running the pass, dispensing and service of beverages, cleaning of sections.
What you’ll need to be successful
Minimum 3 years' experience in a Food & Beverage Supervisor role,
Experience in both conference and events and leisure environments (hotel, resort or convention venue will be highly regarded)
A leader who thrives in developing employees through training & upskilling
Strong work ethic, passion and a genuine love of hospitality to deliver exceptional service standards
Use initiative and manage daily workloads to ensure smooth operations within the C&E team
Demonstrate excellent time & resource management skills
Excellent communication & attention to detail
Available to work a rotating roster across a 7-day week including evenings and weekends
