Who you are:
A hospitality professional with at least 2 years experience in a similar position.
Disciplined in cost management
Able to multi-task in high-pressure situations
An easy-going, down-to-earth human
Proven leadership and team management skills
Exceptional communicator
Hold very high service standards
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Operating Hours
11 am - 10 pm 7 days a week.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing service operations of the front-of-house to ensure a high standard of service.
- Managing restaurant bookings and reservations.
- Addressing customer enquiries, issues, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Train and mentor front-of-house staff on shift to maintain exceptional customer service standards.
- Ensuring all financial transactions are accurate and align with company policies.
- Maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of our menu, pricing, and special promotional offers.
- Collaborating with the kitchen and other departments to ensure a smooth dining experience.
This is a hands-on position.
