About the role
You will find Ostani Bar & Restaurant, within the 5-Star Hotel Realm. Working in a fun and lively environment, The Team Leader looks after the effective, hands-on leadership of the Food & Beverage Team. Assisting in the successful and positive execution of Ostani's food and beverage offerings, across the Bar & Restaurant, in a manner that exceeds our guest and employees' expectations.
What you will bring
At Ostani Restaurant, we constantly strive to find exceptional individuals who contribute to our team’s success Your natural flare exudes passion and ambition. A guest service expert, with a keen eye for detail. Naturally, your previous experience in a supervisory role, within a luxury hospitality setting, will come highly regarded. As will the following:
- knowledge and skills at a level adequate to train their staff
- advanced time management skills and ability to managing other competing priorities
- motivation to build strong rapport with guests and colleagues through effective communication
- leadership and mentoring capabilities to continue on building on our inclusive and supportive team
- excellent personal presentation and presence
- willingness and ability to exceed expectations
- A passion for food, and beverage in a hospitality environment
