We are looking for a well organised, reliable and motivated person to join our team as our “Director of First Impressions” for our busy northside real estate office. We are seeking someone who has a bright personality, with confidence in building rapport with our clients and we are willing to train the right candidate.
General Tasks & Responsibilities
- Answering and actioning all incoming calls
- Meeting and greeting clients in a professional & friendly manner
- Accurate Data entry / Receipting / Arrears Management
- Payment and record keeping for all office accounts
- Trust Account Management (bills/payments etc)
- General Office duties
- Sales administration support for Principal/Sales Agent
- Ability to work in with Property Management staff and knowledge of Property Management legislation an advantage
This role ideally suits an energetic and motivated individual with excellent communication skills who is capable of supporting a Sales Agent/Principal and Property Management team with administrative requirements and fostering a love of a long-term career in real estate in a family run business.
This is a fulltime position, Monday through Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm in a friendly, casual working environment.
