As the Food & Beverage Team Leader, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our guests have an unforgettable experience. Your responsibilities will include overseeing food and beverage operations, managing a team of service staff, and maintaining high standards of service quality.
The ideal candidate should have previous experience in the hospitality industry, a current RSA as well as prior practice working in licensed venues, plus reliable transport. We are looking for somebody with excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Please note that this role entails predominantly weekend and evening work
