We are looking for our next rising star, ready to start leading our breakfast team in Platform 818. If you have experience in the food service industry, get a buzz from a well-run restaurant floor and love making genuine connections with people – we want to meet you!
- Full-time role.
- Breakfast shifts
- Take ownership of the running of the breakfast service, ensuring that the outlet is running smoothly, and all tasks are completed efficiently.
- Drink service, food service and opening/closing the venue.
- Lead our front-of-house team to deliver a seamless experience for all guests.
- Liaise with F&B colleagues and with other departments in the hotel to ensure good communication.
- Train new team members and share your knowledge with the team.
- Assist other outlets as necessary.
- Prior experience in Food & Beverage service (café, bar, restaurant, room service, events etc.)
- Passion for Food & Beverage - keen to deliver the best coffee, food and service experience to our guests
- A people-person, able to make genuine connections with team members and guests alike
- A team-player, ready to jump in and assist wherever needed
