The Jerky Co is a family owned Western Australia based company that takes premium air dried meats to a new level of flavour & quality. We achieve this by producing our products using the finest MSA grade WA beef marinated for over 24 hours and only top quality ingredients from family recipes that date back 20+ years.
There are opportunities to join our dynamic team and be a part of our success story! We are currently seeking a Kiosk Attendants to help us deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales at our store. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing an enjoyable and personalised shopping experience for our valued customers.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and provide assistance throughout with their shopping experience.
Display a strong product knowledge and guide customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
Maintain visuals and organise merchandise to create an inviting and visually appealing store environment.
Execute sales transactions promptly and accurately, utilising our POS system.
Proactively engage with customers to build lasting relationships and foster loyalty.
Stay up to date with product information, promotions, and any changes in store policies.
Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
Requirements:
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ideally 1 or more years of experience, but we’re open to newcomers!
Passion for providing top-notch customer service.
Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Availability to work on weekdays, weekends, and evenings, based on the store's needs.
