Key responsibilities
- Data Entry
- Drive sales & exceed targets
- Inbound/outbound calls- No cold calling. Only hot & warm leads
- Sell our exclusive plans to current & existing customers
- Renew our current customers at time of service anniversary
- Accurately obtaining and entering information
- Proactively demonstrate professional customer service skills in a fast-paced environment
- Adhoc admin tasks
Position requirements
- A strong work ethic, who can work well within a diverse community of highly motivated team members
- Experience using Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Customer Service experience
- Super personality, outgoing
- Excellent communication skills (essential)
- Commitment to full time hours
- Sales/Out-bounding experience (desirable)
