Angelo's Fresh Pasta Products is a family-owned and operated business in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia, dedicated to crafting authentic Italian pasta using the finest ingredients. We are searching for a talented and motivated Production Chef to join our team where quality matters.

The Role:

In this hands-on role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our production process. You will work closely with the Production Manager to:

• Produce delicious pasta products
• Maintain food safety standards
• Meet production targets and manage inventory
• Lead and motivate a multicultural production team
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives without sacrificing product quality or taste

You are a perfect fit if you have:

• At least 2 years of experience in the food industry
• Strong understanding of food safety regulations and HACCP principles
• Proven supervisory experience in a food production environment
• Excellent and strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• A passion for quality and a commitment to continuous improvement
