Essential Ingredients .....
With multiple opportunities available, these hands-on positions are essential to our operational success
Key responsibilities include:
- The preparation and manufacturing of bakery products using machinery as required
- Recording ingredient and primary packaging as specified
- Loading ovens and setting temperatures and times for baking
- Removing products from tins and placing on cooling racks
- Complying with HACCP and WHS rules and legislation
- Maintaining cleanliness and safety of production and storage area
About You .....
You are passionate about bakery production and want to grow your career in the Food Production industry and:
- Are interested in baking
- Have the ability to work independently and within a team
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- Are not afraid to get your hands dirty
- Have basic knowledge of HACCP and WHS in a Food Production environment
- Have experience in bulk Food Production (highly desirable) Have an appetite for adapting to change.
For this role the following documents must be provided prior to a formal offer of employment with Cultivate Food and Beverage:
- A National Police Clearance (no older than six months old)
- Evidence of right to work in Australia.
