About the Role
Reporting to the CEO, The Food Safety and Quality Manager(‘FSQ) is responsible for planning, leading and directing the daily management and coordination of every aspect of the company’s HACCP system and Quality Assurance functions, for the purpose of ensuring that the company achieves the highest possible Food Safety, product quality and GMP standards to comply with all external / customer certification standards and applicable legislative requirements.

The FSQ Manager is responsible for the overall supervision of the QC, QA and contractors to ensure the correct resources are allocated efficiently and act as an advocate for our core values,
SAFETY, INNOVATION, RESPECT and PRIDE.
Working with all Key Stakeholders you will be required to
- regularly review the company's Food Safety programs to ensure that they reflect global and Australian Food Safety standards along with our customers' BRC requirements and
- ensure that all Food Safety and product quality issues are identified and addressed and escalated when deemed appropriate.
- actively monitor our current processes and identify areas of improvement to ensure audit readiness.
- proactively support the training and development of your team to ensure they have the required skills and resources to manage their daily tasks.
