• Thursdays 3:30pm - 8pm/8:30pm
• Fridays 12:00pm-8pm/8:30pm
• Saturdays 12:00pm - 8/8:30pm
• Sundays 12:00pm - 8:00pm

Casual, Monthly average of 25-35hrs per week

At West Coast Distilling Co., we're not just about crafting exceptional spirits – we're also all about providing our customers with an unforgettable culinary experience. That's why we're on the lookout for a talented Chef / Cook to helm our Food Truck and delight taste buds with every dish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes in accordance with food safety standards and recipes.
  • Our  menu will primarily consist of simple selections, designed to complement the distillery. Minimal prep required, but must be able to facilitate multiple orders at once.
• Ensure the cleanliness and organisation of the Food Truck kitchen area.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and innovate menu items that complement our handcrafted spirits.
• Provide excellent service and uphold our commitment to quality.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Chef / Cook, preferably in a Food Truck or similar short order fast-paced environment.
• Solid understanding of food safety practices and regulations.
• Ability to work efficiently and maintain composure during busy periods.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
