DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Competition Management Assistance:
o Aid in managing competition fixtures and schedules.
o Assist in maintaining and updating player registration databases using the Competition Management Platform.
● Match Day Operations for Representative Football:
o Support the coordination and execution of match-day logistics for
representative football events.
o Assist in ensuring smooth operations and adherence to VAFA regulations during representative matches.
● Finals Operations and Logistics Support:
o Contribute to the planning and execution of logistics during the VAFA Finals Series.
o Assist in various operational tasks during finals events, including but not limited to ticketing, venue preparation, and administrative support.
● Collaborative Assistance:
o Work closely with the Football Operations team to ensure seamless coordination of activities.
o Collaborate with different departments within VAFA as required for efficient operations.

SALARY
As the successful candidate, you will receive:
$15,000- $25,000 plus 11% Superannuation
- National Training Wage Award
- Fully Funded Qualification

- People with tertiary qualifications need not apply. Current university applicants may have to defer their studies to be eligible for this traineeship.
- This position is best suited to a recent secondary school leaver.
