Position: Remedial Foreman

Job Description: You will be responsible for overseeing remedial projects from inception to completion. You will work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and construction teams to ensure the successful execution of projects. Your role will involve hands-on supervision, quality control, and adherence to safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise remedial construction projects in accordance with project specifications and timelines.
- Coordinate with project managers to develop work schedules, resource allocation, and budgets.
- Conduct site inspections to assess work progress, quality, and compliance with safety standards.
- Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and onsite personnel to ensure efficient workflow and project delivery.
- Implement quality control measures to meet industry standards and client expectations.
- Monitor project budgets and expenditures, making adjustments as necessary to control costs.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and permits throughout the project lifecycle.
- Foster a culture of safety awareness and ensure all onsite personnel adhere to safety protocols.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a remedial construction role, preferably as a foreman or supervisor.
- Proven track record of successfully managing remedial projects from start to finish.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor onsite teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Sound knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.
- Demonstarted experience in WHS and compliance.
- MUST BE A CITIZEN OR A PR OF AUSTRALIA
