- Carrying out plant inspection check lists
- Supervise subcontract packages and ensure compliance with defined scope
- Initiating and communicating ideas that improve efficiency, reduce waste and costs
- Actively participate in preventative maintenance, toolbox discussions and safety meetings.
- Proven experience as construction foreman, preferably on structures projects
- Knowledge of industry related standards and specifications
- Able to maintain an energetic, self-motivated and enthusiastic work ethic
- Have strong safety and environmental awareness
