About the role
Cutri Fruit requires a Forklift Driver to fulfil loading and unloading duties mainly within the Factory facility.
This position is full-time, and may be required to work shifts, including weekends.
This position reports to the Factory Manager.
Loading and unloading trucks
Loading and unloading fruit bins, pallets of consigned orders
General yard duties
Manual labour as required
Wrapping/stacking pallets
Carrying out instructions and attending to all ancillary farming activities as directed by Management;
Ensuring a safe fruit farm working environment
Skills / Experience required (key competencies, must haves):
HLF forklift license (Essential)
Have considerable experience, fundamental knowledge and skills in factory operation;
Warehousing/counterbalance experience preferably
Trustworthy person who can be relied upon;
Able to analyse and solve problems
Be a responsible person who can work in a team environment;
Enthusiastic, professional attitude and understanding of the objectives of the business
Skill Level:
At least relevant Cert II or equivalent AND at least 1.5 years relevant post qualifications experience OR at least relevant Cert III or equivalent AND at least 1 year relevant post qualifications experience OR at least 2 years relevant experience and hold current relevant High Risk Licence
Salary being offered is between $63,000 to $75,000, dependent on experience.
