About the Role 

Reporting to the team leader, you'll manage a well organised, medium sized portfolio located in the southern suburbs with admin & account support, and hands-on, supportive leadership. Your central focus will be on nurturing strong owner & tenant relationships, leading with expertise and offering top-tier service.

The Duties

• Listing & advertisement of properties
• Open inspections & private viewings
• Build and maintain relationships with owners, tenants, colleagues & contractors
• Lease renewals, tenant selection & property appraisals
• Routines/Ingoings/Outgoings
• Repairs and maintenance 
• SACAT hearings when required
• Rental arrears management

Skills & Experience

• Previous PM experience is essential
• Experience in Property Me - advantageous 
• Initiative and a passion for the industry
• Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
• High level of care factor and customer service
• Highly efficient negotiation and problem-solving skills
