Forklift Operator

Workforce International are currently seeking an experienced High Reach Forklift Operator to join our clients vibrant and skilled team, located in Bibra Lake.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently and safely operating a high reach forklift to move, locate, relocate, stack, and pack product for dispatch.
The role will require the successful candidate to work Monday to Friday 6am-2pm, with the ability to work overtime where needed. Saturday shifts may also be required occasionally.
Key Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently operate a high reach forklift to move materials within the warehouse
• Picking and Packing Orders using Forklift
• Load and unload trucks, stack and unstack pallets, and perform other duties as necessary
• Ensure accurate and timely handling of materials, adhering to company standards and procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols and regulations
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations

Essential Criteria:

• Forklift Ticket Essential
• LO Forklift Ticket highly desirable
• Proven experience as a high reach Forklift Operator
• Strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures
• Ability to lift 15kg
• Own transport to ensure reliability and punctuality
