About the role
Rosebank Engineering is looking for a store person to ensure the smooth running of all warehouse activities on site. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working on their feet, performing physical labour, focused on meeting deadlines and thrive on continuous improvement activities.
Key responsibilities of the role:
- Loading and unloading vehicles
- Goods receipt and putaway
- Manual handling of bulk raw materials
- Picking and packing items for despatch
- Organising freight via online portals
- Conducting weekly cycle counts
- Inventory Management via Quantum ERP system
- Maintaining a clean and organised warehouse environment
About you
The ideal candidate will:
- Have a professional, friendly, energetic and positive mindset
- Have a good work ethic
- The willingness to learn and continually improve
- Be physically fit and able to lift, push and pull 20kg repeatedly
- Be able to follow instructions and work independently in a small team
- Have a high attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Drive, passion and dedication to achieve results
- Intermediate computer skills
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable in a changing environment
- A valid forklift license is desirable, however, training will be provided for the right candidate.
