A modern and progressive national transport provider, Hi-Trans Express is currently seeking PM Forklift Loaders for our Sydney Operations located in Wetherill Park.
The primary focus of the role will be safe and efficient forklift operation when handling, loading, unloading, and storing freight.
To be successful in this position, it is essential that applicants have current experience in the following:
- Current LF Forklift Licence
- Minimum of 2 years current experience
- Freight control, handling pallets, dangerous goods, awkward shape and
oversize cargo - Loading and unloading trucks
- Opening/closing Tautliners vehicles, removing gates and strapping
- Understanding Load restraint compliance
- RF Scanning freight into location
- Scanning and staging incoming freight
- Loading and scanning outgoing Linehaul freight
Some weekend work may be available in peak times.
A high level of customer service along with the ability to work unsupervised in a team environment is also required to be considered for this position.
