Role description

‣      As the first full-time design hire you will initially be responsible for product design, branding, and marketing

‣      Lead the end-to-end design process for multiple concurrent projects, from ideation to launch, ensuring all products meet the highest quality standards

‣      Research and design, from first-principles, new age products for identity management and browser experiences designed for an AI-dominated future

‣      Drive prototyping and MVP development through a fast-paced and experimental process, aimed at learning from technical obstacles and user feedback, while iterating quickly

‣      We seek experienced designers who are excited to build for the future, eager to break the norm and set a new standard for design. We welcome opinionated designers.

‣      This role is a ideal for experienced designers seeking an entrepreneurial setting. We value designers who respect the craft, are obsessive about the details, and take great pride in their work

‣      Compensation will be a mix of cash and equity. This role will come with significant upside in the project

You will find it easier to do your job if you have the following qualities. Needless to say, none of these qualities supersede your intellectual and professional curiosity:

‣      At least 5+ years of professional experience in product design or a related field

‣      High level of proficiency in Figma, including the ability to use design systems and autolayout to ensure consistency and scalability

‣      Strong prototyping skills and experience conducting user research and usability testing to gather feedback and insights that inform design decisions

‣      Strong problem solving and ability to thrive in ambiguity
