Why We Need You

Spiffy is growing and so are the things we need to do in order to support our customers and an expanding market. Your help is needed! You'll take on the mission critical role of translating our state of art AI capabilities into winning experiences for our merchants and their users.

What You'll Do 🎨

Design ✨: Create beautiful, intuitive, and functional user interfaces for our AI products. Your designs will balance aesthetic appeal with usability.

Collaborate 🤝: Work closely with engineers, researchers, and other stakeholders to translate complex ideas into user-friendly designs. Participate in design reviews and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

Lead 🌟: As a founding member, play a pivotal role in shaping the design culture and practices at Spiffy. Mentor junior designers and help grow the design team.

Research 🕵️‍♂️: Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and feedback. Use this data to inform design decisions and enhance user experience.

Innovate 🚀: Push the boundaries of design by exploring new tools, techniques, and trends in AI and UX design.

Who You Are 😎

Experienced Designer 🎨: 5+ years of experience in product design with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills in UI/UX design, prototyping, and user research. eCommerce and consumer products background is preferred.

User-Centered 🧠: Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies. You have a knack for identifying user pain points and creating solutions that delight.

Detail-Oriented 🔍: Excellent attention to detail, with a strong eye for aesthetics and usability.

Communicator 🗣️: Strong skills in communication, planning, and organization. You can articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Self-Directed 🌟: You operate independently with minimal supervision, thriving in kinetic and high-ambiguity environments. You enjoy the creative challenge of 0-1 product development.

AI Enthusiast 🤖: Passionate about AI and excited to design products that leverage cutting-edge technology to create 10x solutions.
