Overview
World Gym Australia is seeking a dynamic and experienced Franchise Operations Manager to oversee and ensure adherence to operational standards across all national branches. Working from our Head Office located on the Gold Coast, you'll be a key representative of our brand to implement systems that promote growth, stability, and uphold the esteemed quality synonymous with World Gym Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the ongoing strategic planning process as an integral member of the senior management team in alignment with World Gym Australia’s strategic plan.
  • Collaborate with the senior management team in the onboarding process of new clubs, offering expertise and support.
  • Assist during the launch of new locations supporting in all operational areas.
  • Ensure that all locations meet World Gym Australia's standards and guidelines.
  • Attend new club openings and identify key areas that require additional support or training, where necessary. 
  • Assist in facilitating the set-up of operating systems and processes.
  • Ensure open communication between staff and World Gym Australia to collectively work towards achieving the brand’s vision. 
  • Enhance Franchisee engagement through regular communication and participation in group forums.
  • Establish and maintain a structured call cycle to support clubs and conduct annual visits.
  • Provide comprehensive training on World Gym Australia's policies and procedures to managers and franchisees.
  • Ensure effective dissemination of training to staff and implement new policies as needed.
  • Evaluate club performance and provide retraining where necessary.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Franchise Operations or a similar role within the fitness or hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills with the ability to motivate and support Managers and Franchisees.
  • Proficiency in membership CRMs and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability to travel interstate as required.
