We are in search of a motivated individual to join our team and assist with the recruitment and selection process,
in a dynamic convenience landscape.
A day in the Life will see you
- Review candidate applications through the portal, assessing their fit against our defined criteria;
- Conduct detailed information sessions on our franchising model with franchisee candidates;
- Coordinate business and financial planning, ensuring the candidate understands the financials.
- Coordinate in-store assessment and interviews with our Field Team.
- Prepare and present successful candidates to our Channel Leadership team for approval.
- Manage the process from approval right through to store changeover.
What’s in your toolkit
- Demonstrated expertise in highly disciplined process execution.
- Proficiency in using technology and workflow management tools.
- Strong financial acumen, able to navigate P&L Statements and Balance Sheets effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.

We operate under a hybrid model; we spend 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
