Your new role
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Support the management of workflow to ensure we deliver customer outcomes at the agreed service level
- Liaise with stakeholders- such as phone teams, branches, risk, fraud, and customers regarding their queries and
customer concerns on the spot * Pro-actively manage daily business activities by operating within set guidelines and governance
Your skills and experience
- Written & verbal communication skills
- Relationship management skills
- Self/time management skills
- Attention to detail
- Must be flexible and available for shift work
- Core hours from 6am to 10 pm - Monday through Sunday.
- This is a 24/7 contact centre - Candidates who can work night shifts are highly desired!
- Enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid work model with WFH options
- Strong potential for this role to go permenant
