- Case assessment of fraud related disputes including scams, credit card fraud and digital fraud
- Analysing data and making judgement calls on Fraud Cases
- continually learning about fraud disputes and fraud knowledge and applying this to complex Fraud Cases
- Ideally you will have 1 years prior experience in processing/data entry experience or are a recent graduate who is keen to learn!
- You will have high attention to detail and thrive in a high performing culture
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- You are tech savvy with all things PC
- You love analysing data
