• Case assessment of fraud related disputes including scams, credit card fraud and digital fraud
• Analysing data and making judgement calls on Fraud Cases
• continually learning about fraud disputes and fraud knowledge and applying this to complex Fraud Cases

This is a growing and demanding area in the bank - this is a fantastic opportunity to fast track your career growth.Your skills and experience

• Ideally you will have 1 years prior experience in processing/data entry experience or are a recent graduate who is keen to learn!
• You will have high attention to detail and thrive in a high performing culture
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• You are tech savvy with all things PC
• You love analysing data
