The individual will be required to be on location for part of the project in Gold Coast, Australia. The hired expert will be responsible for demonstrating properties via videos and editing the same. The client has certain style inputs available that they would like to incorporate into this project.Responsibilities:

  • Travel to the specified locations in Gold Coast, Australia, to capture video footage of properties.
  • Demonstrate properties through engaging and informative video walkthroughs, highlighting key features and amenities.
  • Ensure proper lighting, framing, and composition while recording the video footage.
  • Edit the raw footage to create polished and visually appealing property walkthrough videos.
Requirements
  • Junior-level experience as a videographer and video editor, with a portfolio showcasing property videography or similar work.
  • Proficiency in operating professional videography equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio gear.
  • Strong skills in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
  • Ability to capture high-quality footage and edit it into engaging and visually appealing videos.
