Due to the continual growth of our organisation, we are actively seeking applications for warehouse all-rounder to cover the Day shift based in Fyshwick

Overview

Reporting directly to the Shift Manager, this is a full-time position that involves picking & packing customer orders on day to day basis. If you have worked in a food industry/warehouse before, consider yourself physically fit, and have worked in a chiller/freezer environment before, this position could be for you.

Your day-to-day routine will look something like this: 

• Accurately pick and pack customer orders in the chiller/freezer
• Assemble customers' orders and stack pallets correctly.
• Replenishing stock
• Checking orders and raising discrepancies.
• Load/unload vehicles with a forklift and zippy units.
• General cleaning & housekeeping duties as required.
• Other warehouse duties as assigned by the manager.

All about you:

• Must hold a valid forklift license.
• Minimum 1 year experience working in FMCG/food service environment preferred but not essential.
• Have prior experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment (advantageous).
• A good understanding of HACCP requirements will be beneficial.
• Understand all aspects of OH&S compliance.
• Practice safe and correct manual handling at all times.
