Are you passionate about cars and customer service? Veale Auto Parts is seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Automotive Parts Interpreter/Sales Representative. In this role, you will play a vital role in our stores, contributing to the success of our dynamic team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service by matching the customer with the correct parts and assisting with sales inquiries.
- Handling inbound calls from mechanical trade customers and processing orders efficiently.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met.
- Collaborating with team members to achieve store success and maintain high standards of service.
- Accurately picking and putting stock away.
About You:

- A driver's license and reliable transport.

- Knowledge of vehicle parts (advantageous but not essential).

- Be a passionate customer service expert, with previous retail and/or customer service experience
- Have the physical capacity to perform the duties of the role (including some heavy lifting)
- Be available to work some Saturday mornings.
