Position Overview:
The Front Counter Salesperson is the face of Telescope Tyres Group, offering first-rate customer service and sales support. You will assist customers by providing knowledgeable advice on our products, helping them make informed decisions on tyre purchases that suit their needs. This role is crucial in fostering customer satisfaction and driving sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Warmly greet and assist customers, understanding their needs to offer suitable tyre solutions.
Advise customers on tyre selection based on their vehicle specifications, driving habits, and budget considerations.
Process sales transactions efficiently, including handling cash and credit card payments.
Schedule appointments for tyre services such as fitting, balancing, and alignment.
Stay informed about the latest products and trends in the tyre industry to provide expert advice.
Maintain a clean, inviting Front Counter area.
Collaborate with the sales team to meet sales targets and contribute to a positive shopping experience.
Requirements:
A high school diploma or equivalent; further qualifications in sales, retail, or automotive fields are advantageous.
Experience in a sales or retail position, automotive industry experience preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a flair for engaging customers.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
Basic computer literacy for handling sales transactions and managing bookings.

Availability to work on weekends, holidays, and extended hours as necessary.
