Core Physiotherapy & Exercise Centres are a Physiotherapy-lead allied health business committed to providing clients with comprehensive assessment and treatment programs in a warm and friendly environment. Our Opportunity
Core Physiotherapy now have an opportunity for a Front Desk Administrator to join the team. This permanent full-time position will work Monday to Friday across multiple central Gold Coast practices.
We don’t require you to have Allied Health experience but what is non-negotiable is your love for helping people, your warm and caring nature, and your solid customer service experience with the ability to multitask with ease and utilising multiple systems simultaneously.
This role requires you to answer phones, greet patients, gather confidential patient information, and maintain patient records, process payments and rebook patients along with other administrative tasks.
About you
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a minimum 2 years Admin/Customer Service experience
- Be an excellent communicator - You are able to build rapport with patients, team members, referrers, service providers and medical centre personnel with the ability to remain calm and objective
- Be proactive, enthusiastic and able to multi-task
- Have strong in time management with the ability to prioritise tasks
- Have the ability to use Microsoft Office suite of programs and other office management software at an intermediate skill level
- Be experienced in using multiple software systems
- Mobile with your own reliable transport and the right to live and work in QLD
