Your Role:
- Be the welcoming face of The Spinal Studio, representing us professionally and friendly at the reception.
- Handle inquiries with empathy and efficiency, whether in-person, via email, or over the phone.
- Manage and maintain our clinic diary with precision.
- Oversee stock levels to ensure seamless clinic operations.
- Show a commitment to enhancing patient care by improving performance and systems.
