Mantarays Ningaloo Beach Resort are seeking enthusiastic Front Desk Attendants to join our Reception team in EXMOUTH, WA. We are keen to source experienced locals, or someone with equivalent skills who is willing to learn and train for the role ready to start late February.
This role is for both morning and evening shifts, with the hours of work ranging from 5:30am to 7:30pm, including both weekends and public holidays. The suitable applicant will require a flexible approach to work and versatility.
Requirements of the Role:
- Reliable, punctual, professional approach to work and well presented.
- A genuine desire to assist our guests and visitors to the region.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- A highly motivated, flexible and adaptable team player with the ability to multi-task.
- Strong computer skills with sound knowledge of Word, Canva and Excel.
- A valid / current Working Visa with unrestricted working rights.
- Be staying in Exmouth on a long term basis, with their own accommodation in town.
- Knowledge of Oracle Opera (Property Management Systems) or similar hospitality/property management operating systems will be highly regarded but is not essential (training will be provided to the right candidates).
The position is a permanent Part Time role of approximately 30 hours per week, with shifts rotating on a Front Desk Team roster. Hours can increase during peak periods.
