Front Desk, Cafe & Track Marshal Positions Available

TRACK MARSHAL POSITIONS AVAILABLE

Karting Madness is Australia's largest indoor go karting track! We have Karting, laser tag, Bowling, Ticket arcade games, pool tables, Playground, licensed cafe.  We have Positions Available as Front desk, Cafe & Track Marshals.

MUST be available to work WEEKENDS

Part time and casuals shifts available with possible full time. 

Track Marshal - Go Karting & Entertainment Venue

Must be available Weekend shifts. Part time and casual shifts available with possible full time

In this role you will be required to: 

• Explain track rules and regulations to all drivers.
• Monitor and control racing activity at all times in a safe manner.
• Communicate effectively with both customers and other staff members.
• Maintain venue cleanliness.
• Perform other related duties.

As a new team member it is essential you meet the following criteria:

• Strong work ethic.
• Highly motivated and adaptable team player with the ability to multi task and show initiative is essential.
• Must be able to push and lift go karts.
• An outgoing and energetic personality.

• Ability to follow company policies and procedures.

FRONT DESK / CAFE POSITIONS AVAILABLE

Karting Madness - Go Karting & Entertainment Venue 

Karting Madness is located at Braybrook

 In this role you will be required to:

• Perform office duties: including answering phones, taking bookings and responding to guest inquiries, operating Eftpos machine and cash register, order stock.
• Greet and serve customers at both the Front desk and café.
• Perform cafe duties including using a coffee machine (no experience necessary).
• Perform opening and closing duties in a timely manner.
• Follow directions, prioritize and complete tasks in a timely manner.
• Maintain venue cleanliness - cleaning is required as part of the position.
• Perform other related duties.
