Our client, a large organisation based in the health sector, is seeking a permanent Receptionist to assist with their front desk operations.
Applicants for this role must be flexible and adaptable and should be able to work to a roster across seven (7) days per week.
Key Responsibilities And Duties Include
- Meeting and greeting patients
- Telephone enquiries
- Patient Admissions
- Patient Discharges
- Liaising with Health Care funds
- General administration, including data entry
- A minimum of two (2) years' experience in an administration or customer service role
- High level communication skills - both verbal and written
- Availability across seven (7) days per week
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills
- High level attention to detail
