The Role

• Casual role part time
• This position is to provide overall support to all elements of the hotel. You will be required to work across various departments within the hotel. 
• This role is based on a 7-day rotating roster and will be required to work weekends, public holidays and split shift work. 

Key Responsibilities

• Checking guests in and out
• Anticipate and attend to all guest requests in a timely manner
• Processing payments and managing bills, ensuring all cashiering policies and procedures are followed.
• Acting as central source of information for guests during their stay. 
• Resolving guest complaints
• Do daily floor checks to ensure rooms are properly cleaned to brand standard
• Assist other staff when required. 
• Ability to work in F&B outlet

Skills & Experience

• Exceptional customer service skills
• A strong work ethic
• Well-developed problem solving and analytical skills
• Understanding of Front Office / Night Audit / Reservations shifts along with Front Office systems.
• Impeccable grooming and attention to detail.
• Flexible to work a rotating roster including nights & weekends
• Ability to work well under pressure and be able to multitask.
• Excellent communication, both written & verbal.
