We are looking for a Front of House Superstar for our World GymMoore Park.
This role working will be on our front reception handles all customer queries, and dealing with all operations of the business.
Daily Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assisting members with account enquiries
- Membership Sales
- Work as a part of a high performing team, responsible for the growth of the club
- Prospecting, touring, closing & getting referrals
- Dealing with enquiries via phone, email & social media
- Greeting, Interacting and Building Rapport with members & prospective members
- Visual merchandising
- Administration duties
Applicants must have:
- Exceptional communications & customer service
- Exceptional phone manner & admin skills
- Ability to lead & support a team
- A positive and energetic personality
- Must be passionate about health and fitness
- First Aid & CPR (preferred)
- Certificate 3 in Health & Fitness (preferred)
- Prior experience with Debit Success & Clubware (preferred)
