We are looking for someone that would be responsible for greeting practice members, answering phones and making appointments, accepting payments, ensuring compliance with Front Desk policies, and interacting with the treatment team. We want someone that will grow with the business. We believe your pay should increase as the business increases.
What you will do
Our Practice is offering an opportunity to showcase your customer service and organisational skills as a part-time Front Desk Receptionist in our office. We are looking for a positive person with great people and communication skills and a passion for helping others through natural and holistic healthcare. Excellent relationship-building skills are a must to ensure service is provided with a high degree of quality. You will be responsible for creating a warm and hospitable environment in the reception area, making and rescheduling appointments, answering phones and recording payments received.
What you need
- Neat and professional image
- Previous experience in Customer service is ideal but training will be provided
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows is required
- Great telephone skills
- Interest in health
- Not currently a student
- Own car
- Australian Resident
Things you should know

- The pay range is $26-$35 per hour + bonuses
Work hours
- 15-25 hours per week with the option for full-time employment for the right candidate
- Working Days required : Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday
- Working Hours : Morning shift 6.30am-11am, Afternoon shift 2.30pm-7pm
