SalaryChiropractic Life Canowindra is a growing and busy family practice that is passionate about making a difference to the health of the community.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Chiropractic Assistant to join our team on a casual basis with the future potential view to permanent for the right candidate - we operate Monday, Wednesday and Friday with shifts spanning mornings (8am-11am) and evenings (3pm-6pm) and the potential for 1 Saturday morning shift per month.
There would be an average of around 15 hours per week.
Key responsibilities of a Chiropractic Assistant include:
- Booking appointment schedules and building relationships.
- Owning communications in the office, by phone, emails, social media and most importantly face to face.
- Balancing accounts, financial agreements, taking payments, cash handling and banking and other areas of practice operations.
- Assisting our Chiropractor ensuring we maintain optimum office flow and provide outstanding service.
- Educating and loving our practice members.
The ideal candidate would have:
- A passion for health
- Customer service experience and enjoyment at working with patients of all age groups.
- A brilliant phone manner.
- Administration skills and experience are advantageous.
- Excellent organisation skills
- High energy
Prior customer service experience would be ideal, however full training will be provided to the successful applicant in a supportive environment.
