About the Role.

As a Front End Loader Operator, you will play a crucial role in our operations, responsible for safely and efficiently operating Front End Loaders to load and unload materials at our site. You will work closely with our team to ensure the smooth flow of materials and contribute to maintaining a clean and organised work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate Front End Loaders to load and unload materials such as soil, sand, and aggregates
• Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure proper functioning
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries
• Assist with other tasks on-site as needed, including general labor duties

Requirements:

• Proven experience operating Front End Loaders in a similar environment
• Valid driver's license and relevant certifications
• Excavator experience is beneficial but not required; training can be provided.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and procedures
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly
• Flexibility to work various shifts and weekends as needed
