We are looking for a get up and go team player who will always strive to get the job done, safely and within the required time-frames to join our afternoon shift.
What will you do?
- Ensure facility is always maintained to a clean standard
- Emptying, transporting, and stacking of pallets and container bins
- Ensure all stock is returned to the correct place
- Check loads are secure
- Assist in the unloading and reloading of trucks and containers
- Operate shredders, conveyors and balers when needed
- Operate the forklift and front-End Loader when needed
- Quality Checks
To be considered for this role, you must be able to demonstrate the following:
- Hold a current Forklift licence
- Experience in operating a front-End Loader would be desirable
- Experience within waste and recycling industries would be desirable
- Have a positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Be able to work autonomously and independently
- Ability to ensure that service’s meet quality objectives
- Strong communication skills – written and verbal
