Bay Grocer is Byron Bay's local food store. The home of beautiful produce, interesting products and great service. Our cafe serves Allpress coffee, fresh pressed juice and smoothies accompanied by a small a la carte menu and cabinet full of pastries.

We are looking for a Front of house leader to pick up 5 shifts a week and deliver the high level of customer service we are known for as well as creating a team of enthusiastic baristas who are eager to deliver this best customer service to returning locals and tourists a like.

Weekend work is inevitable but we are only open during the days so you can still get your afternoon surf or lighthouse walk each day and enjoy living in Byron as much as we all do.

The cafe team is small with 5-6 staff but you are part of a much bigger picture of the grocery store with colleagues from all backgrounds.
