As our Front of House Officer, you'll be the face of Man PAC, ensuring every patron, performer, and venue hirer feels welcomed and valued. From coordinating volunteers to overseeing event logistics, this role offers the perfect blend of excitement and responsibility.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Coordinate and energize our team of volunteers to deliver exceptional experiences.
• Ensure the safety and security of our venue during evening events.
• Dive into the vibrant atmosphere of our foyers, ensuring patrons feel at home.
• Supervise ushers, manage event logistics, and enforce safety regulations.
• Collaborate with our talented technicians to create seamless event experiences.
• Exceed expectations with your customer service skills, leaving patrons raving about their experience.

Requirements: 

• A knack for delivering outstanding customer service that leaves a lasting impression.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing role preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and a knack for problem-solving.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
