We are passionate about interior design, creating and providing inspirational window fashion for residential and commercial customers.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Creating an exceptional first impression for our customers, by providing excellent service to ensure every client has an outstanding experience both in person and over the phone.
- Build relationships with clients and builders.
- Diary management including scheduling in-home and showroom consultations.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, such as quoting and product ordering.
- Ensure the business is presented in its best light, with ambience, cleanliness and a warm and inviting feel.
- Ensuring the showroom is always clean and tidy.
- Contribute to marketing activities, including the online presence of our business, ensuring that we maintain clear and responsive two-way communication with all clients on these platforms.
- Assist in brand perception and repeat exposure by interacting, understanding, and connecting with local builders and industry insiders by delivering thoughtful and meaningful interactions and experiences.

- A background in customer service
- Computer literacy
- Experience in diary scheduling and management
- Previous experience with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communications skills.
