About the role:
This is a key role in leading the centre operations, ensuring it is always a professional and enjoyable place to work.
Customer service is at the foreFront of this role as you will be in constant contact with potential and existing clients to bring in revenue and expand on our client base.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Greeting clients and visitors in a friendly and professional way
- Answering phones, emails and all correspondence
- Dealing with sales enquiries and tours
- Setting up conferences and managing meeting rooms
- Ensuring that the Centre is tidy and presentable
- Supervising staff and contractors when required
- Proactively managing client concerns
- Managing work load to ensure tasks are completed in a timely way
- Working with Accounts to ensuring they have all information required for accurate billing
Qualifications and Experience
Essential:
- Personable, respectful, and professional, you have a love for working with others. You are flexible, positive and take pride in your work.
- You have experience in a customer-facing role providing 5 Star service to customers.
- You are comfortable working autonomously to ensure the centre is operating at its full potential.
- You have an understanding of basic computer literacy, including email and Microsoft Office.
Desirable:
- Experience in a receptionist/administration role
- Sales experience
- Switch board experience
