We are seeking a driven & hardworking can-do attitude Front of House Receptionist to join our team! – Our Front of House plays a critical role in ensuring our customers experience an overall luxury brand experience during their visit.
You will be supported by another Receptionist, while you meet and greet clients, manage a busy switchboard and perform ad-hoc administrative tasks to support other departments.
About you:
- Intermediate to Advanced Computer knowledge
- Strong Organisational Skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously or as part of a team with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility, initiative, and motivation.
- Excellent customer service skills both face-to-face and over the phone and the ability to handle a variety of questions
- Available to work 9:30 am-6 pm Monday- Friday
