AddressOur client is located in the Sutherland Shire and on the shores of the beautiful Port Hacking. They are a licensed club with exceptional restaurant, function and Marina facilities who are currently looking for a Receptionist to provide the highest levels of customer experience from the front desk.
We are on the look out for a well spoken and well presented person with Customer Service in their DNA, someone on the look out to go above and beyond and seperate this club experience from the rest. The club is willing to train the administration skills however you will be able toi demonstrate experience in a service environment.
This role invovles a rotating weekend roster, both days, then two single day weekends then a weekend off.
About you and the role:
- Meet, greet and welcome customers
- Ensure compliance when signing in
- Identify membership sales opportunities
- Provide administrative support
- Update memebership data
- Microsoft Office suite
- Hold an RSA qualification or prepared to complete
- Answer and direct phone enquiries
